BollyX: The Bollywood Workout

Pop Pilates

DanaCarey's Pop Pilates classes combine the fundamentals of Pilates with the fun of dance, creating a fun and unique workout experience. With the help of upbeat music, DanaCarey guides you through precise Pilates form and movement, allowing you to get the most out of your workout while having a great time on the mat. Zumba

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves to create a fun, high-energy workout. It's a cardio-dance workout that incorporates elements of salsa, merengue, hip-hop, and other styles. Participants follow the instructor's lead, making it accessible to various fitness levels. ​

Strong Nation

Dana Carey is an experienced and certified instructor for Strong Nation, a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) format. Her classes are a blend of dynamic stretching, form and alignment, fighting elements, and high intensity. You can choose to attend a Level 1, 2 or 3 class depending on your fitness and experience level. With Dana, you can expect to get a workout to music and build strength, stamina, agility, and have fun at the same time
